She uses her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology to inform her therapeutic techniques. Dakota has worked with youth and adults assisting trauma healing. She believes that her clients can let go of past trauma in their bodies through allowing them to experience body awareness with therapeutic touch.

William Garrison, LMT

William’s practice is grounded in manual therapies that work with the muscles, connective tissues, and joints. He uses techniques from pain-relieving neuromuscular trigger point and myofascial connective tissue therapies, as well as relaxing Swedish massage. He also brings in techniques from acupressure, shiatsu, and other energy flow practices to enable the most effective sessions.

Willow Brown, LMT

My name is Willow. Massage was practiced on
me from an early age by my mother. Massage is a great way to assist the body in blood circulation,
relaxation of the mind and restoration of the bodies connective
tissue. Massage assists pain relief and helps overall discomforts of the body.
I look forward to serving the Ithaca Community.
